What is NGO Partnership Programme 

Due to in-equality in Development and Humanitarian aid, many NNGOs and CSOs struggle to get sustainable funding to keep their programs afloat. these local partners are vital for humanitarian and development needs of the local communities they represent, yet they are not at the table when it comes to decisions that affect their communities. we want to change that and we need your help. 

The NGO partner Programme is a bro bono initiative with which Abdulahi Consulting will provide technical support to NGOs so that they are better positioned to attract funding. 

• Technical support of needs assesments and transforming needs into compelling proposal.
• Risk informed decision making at Go no Go level. 
• Concept note development and liaising with donors in the global north on behalf of the NGOs or consortium of NGOs. 
• Full proposal writing for NGOs and CSOs for all institutional donors. 
• Capacity building of local actors 
• MEARL services( outcome and impact monitoring, PDMs, annual  reports)
• South- South Collaboration as consortium membership or working with other like minded NNGOs in other countries as part of the program
